Return Policy for Donations and Purchases
The Foundation for the Advancement & Support of the Tennessee Walking Show Horse Inc. (FAST Inc.) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting and advancing the Tennessee Walking Show Horse. We greatly appreciate your generous support and contributions to our mission. Please review our return policy below regarding donations and any purchases made through our website.
Donations
- All Donations Are Final: As a non-profit organization, FAST Inc. relies on the generosity of our supporters. All donations made to FAST Inc., whether one-time or recurring, are considered final and non-refundable. Please ensure you review your donation details carefully before submitting your contribution.
- Duplicate or Error Transactions: If you believe your donation was made in error or in duplicate, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction date at accounting@fastwh.org or through our contact form. We will review your request and, if appropriate, process a refund for the duplicate or erroneous donation.
- Tax Receipts: All donations to FAST Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. You will receive a tax receipt for your records via email. If you have any questions regarding your donation or need a copy of your receipt, please contact us.
Event Registrations and Merchandise
- Event Registrations: If you register for a FAST Inc. event and need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the event start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
- Merchandise Purchases: If you purchase merchandise through our website and receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and, upon receipt, will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-ordered merchandise, may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective.
